They needed a portfolio site to show case their projects and also an informative site that can be used as an information resource about what they do and how they do it. We found a photo heavy website would give them a competitive advantage over other text heavy real-estate development websites. Responsive Design also works in their favor for viewing from mobile devices when outside the office. We spent some time on their logo as well, refining the colors and layout.
